Pet Stop® Components - Limited Lifetime Warranty
Pet Stop® Brand components have a lifetime parts warranty that covers the full cost of the component, even if the price has increased.
There is no labor charge to replace the covered component for the first 2 years.
After 2 years, a $109 plus tax labor charge will apply to any replacement for defects.
This $109 labor charge also includes our time to process the warranty return with Pet Stop®.
If we mail a replacement, a prepaid return mailer will be sent to you for the return of the malfunctioning component to us.
Please note that chewing and accidental damages to components are not fully covered under this warranty and have a replacement fee of $149 plus tax anytime after purchase.
Perimeter® Components - Limited Lifetime Warranty
Even though they are retail components, AnDi's Pet Perimeters extends the same Limited Lifetime warranty to the Perimeter® components that we provide for our Pet Stop® components.
Lifetime surge protection details
Perimeter® Technologies and Pet Stop® Brand transmitters come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
If your transmitter is damaged by lightning, simply notify us, and we will arrange to provide you with a new one and retrieve the damaged unit (terms of Limited Lifetime Warranty apply for labor charges after 2 years).
The Zapp Alert® system, exclusive to Pet Stop®, provides audible and visual warnings if a surge occurs in the transmitter. This feature ensures your pet's safety by immediately alerting you when the system is down.
Please note, this warranty does not cover damage to the wire around the yard. Standard repair charges will apply for locating and repairing wire breaks caused by lightning.
Interest-free financing options
We offer interest-free in-house financing for new installations. This is normally structured as a 1/3 down payment with the remaining balance split over the following 8 months.
Please contact us if you need financing and we will work with you based on your situation.
Yard layout details
Each of our systems offers containment with either zoned or open layouts, ensuring the peace of mind you seek.
Our technician will install the wire using a wire trencher to cleanly establish your chosen containment boundaries.
If your layout requires more than 20 linear feet of hand digging or manual wire placement, our technician will assess the additional time needed and provide a cost estimate for the extra labor.
You can then decide whether to proceed with the original plan or opt for a simpler design.
Free Layout Change guarantee
We understand that you may find the initial layout you selected isn't ideal after using the system for a month or so, and adjustments might be needed to better suit your needs.
That’s why we offer a complimentary layout change from a non-zoned to a zoned layout, or vice versa, within the first three months.
Please note this free layout change does not cover blocking garden areas, customizing complex layouts, or major alterations beyond a simple zoning switch. Please reach out to us if you would like a layout change, and we will work with you for your situation.
If a neighbor disputes the wire placement, claiming it is on their property, we will move it at no charge to you.
**We highly recommend discussing property lines with your neighbors before installation to avoid potential conflicts. These conversations can often prevent disputes over encroachment.
Most people can identify their property lines without needing a survey. If you’re unsure about your property boundaries, we recommend installing the system well within what you believe is your property to be safe. Unfortunately, we cannot determine this for you. Your county GIS website offers property parcel mapping resources with accurate Google Earth imagery of your property lines.**
Wire protection for rodent chews
This is an option for properties with known issues from moles, voles, or other tunneling critters.
Wire breaks caused by rodent chews are not covered under our standard 2-Year Wire Installation Guarantee.
For an additional charge, we offer an optional 3-Year Protection Plan that specifically covers wire breaks due to rodent chews.
We understand that this can be a problem requiring multiple service calls, so we offer this comprehensive plan providing full coverage for 3 years.
Please note, this plan does not prevent critters from chewing your wire. Instead, it pre-pays for unlimited repair costs due to critter damage over the next 3 years, based on today’s prices.
Sprinkler system protection
If we damage a sprinkler head, water line, or control wire while installing your hidden fence system, please have your irrigation company repair it, and we will pay them directly or reimburse you for the expense.
This guarantee applies to professional-grade equipment from brands such as Rain Bird®, Toro, and Hunter Industries. It does not apply to DIY irrigation systems where the depth of the system is not known.
Please note that sprinkler heads are the main concern, as our trencher buries the wire around 4" deep.
Please notify us immediately upon discovering any issues so we can address and resolve them promptly.
Transmitter temperature protection
Perimeter® Technologies and Pet Stop® have designed their transmitters to withstand the temperature extremes often found in garages and basements, where these units are frequently installed.
Unlike many other pet-fence systems, this feature ensures your pet’s safety even in harsh temperature conditions.
Pet containment guarantee
AnDi's Pet Perimeters guarantees that our Pet Stop® Brand systems will contain your dog(s) under the following conditions:
(1) The system is installed by us.
(2) It is operated and maintained according to our instructions.
(3) You notify us immediately when a problem occurs so we can quickly diagnose and resolve it.
(4) The appropriate receiver collar is selected based on your dog’s temperament.
Our containment guarantee includes our time to determine the proper combination of settings and any necessary onsite training assistance to ensure containment.
Please note, the guarantee does not cover the cost of upgrading to a stronger receiver if that is deemed necessary (You only pay the difference in cost between what was purchased and the upgraded equipment needed).
There are various factors beyond our control, and we rely on you to provide the information needed to prevent any escape issues.
We guarantee that the Pet Stop® equipment will contain any dog with the correct receiver and settings, or we will refund your full purchase price.
To honor this guarantee, we ask that you stay in communication with us when a problem arises and allow us the opportunity to resolve it.
If your dog requires a stronger correction and you initially chose the Perimeter® system or the Pet Stop® battery-powered receiver, we will talk you through your upgrade options based on your situation.
Within the first year, we will provide full trade-in credit for your receiver as long as it is still in good condition. After the first year, we will still give you as much trade-in credit as we can based on the condition of your receiver.
Our containment guarantee applies to any Pet Stop® Brand system you choose, ensuring peace of mind in any situation.
Labor Warranty
2 year Labor Warranty applies to all lifetime parts warranty components.
There is no labor charge for the first 2 years after purchase.
After 2 years, a $109 labor charge will apply to the replacement.
This $109 labor charge also includes our time to process the warranty return with Pet Stop®.
If we mail you a replacement, you will be mailed a prepaid return mailer to send us the malfunctioning component.
The 2 year clock resets with each new component when it is replaced.
Please note that chewing and accidental damages to components are not fully covered under this warranty and have a replacement fee of $149 plus tax anytime after purchase.
System boundary distance
Pet Stop® Brand systems will allow your dog to get as close as 12-18 inches away from the boundary if needed.
Our systems are designed to correct the dog precisely at the boundary, ensuring they do not receive corrections before or beyond the boundary.
Training Insurance Package
Our Training Insurance Package ensures onsite assistance whenever needed after the initial session.
The GentleSteps™ Training process is so simple that even children can participate.
By the end of the initial session, you will be fully equipped to continue helping your dog(s) adjust to the new boundary.
Occasionally, a dog may require increased correction for containment success.
If your purchase includes this training option, we guarantee complimentary return visits to address these issues if we are not able to provide the help you need via phone or text.
There is no limit to the number of visits, but we encourage you to reach out within the first 15 days if challenges arise.
Your active participation during these sessions is required.
Driveway crossing method
Regardless of the type of driveway you have—whether concrete or asphalt—we use a concrete saw to clean out an existing expansion joint.
We then insert the wire into the joint, re-cover it with the original material, and seal it.
For asphalt driveways, if there is no expansion joint to use we will cut a straight line where you choose, insert the wire, and apply acrylic sealer over the top.
We do not recommend pre-placing conduit under new asphalt driveways due to the high likelihood of a crack forming directly over the conduit within a few years.
Winter installation benefits
During Winter installations, the only aspect we defer is burying the wire. If the ground has frozen, we lay temporary boundary wire on the surface and return in the Spring to trench in burial-grade 16-gauge wire.
There are numerous compelling reasons to consider purchasing a Pet-Containment System during the Winter months:
1. **Flexible Payment Options:** In Winter, if you pay at least 75% of your system cost up front, we can extend the collection of the remaining 25% into the following Spring. The balance is then settled once the system is fully installed in the Spring.
2. **System Testing:** Winter installations allow thorough testing of the system's effectiveness before burying the wire.
3. **Layout Experimentation:** While the wire is surface-laid, you have the liberty to experiment with different layouts, ensuring the perfect configuration before trenching in the boundary wire.
4. **Avoiding the Rush:** Winter purchases typically involve minimal or no wait time for scheduling.
5. **Swift Service:** Winter installations often entail quicker service response times for any accompanying needs.
6. **Training Advantage:** Installing in Winter facilitates comprehensive dog training and containment by Spring, ensuring readiness for outdoor enjoyment when the weather improves.
7. **Refresher Training:** If needed, refresher training sessions can be arranged during Spring wire burial.
8. **Yard Maintenance Ease:** Winter setups alleviate the hassle of mowing around flags while your dog acclimates to the boundary.
9. **Utility Marking Simplification:** With snow cover, utility marking prior to installation becomes unnecessary, streamlining the process for all parties involved.
10. **Enhanced Safety:** By installing your system during Winter, you provide crucial safety for your dog during harsh conditions, ensuring they stay contained when temperatures drop to sub-zero levels.
Hidden fence system permits
No permits are needed for the installation of hidden fence systems.
Only certain municipalities require a right-of-way permit if any digging occurs near the street.
HOA recommendations
If you reside in an attached twin home or townhome, it's probable that your development has an association with by-laws containing leash regulations. Typically, this means that any type of fencing, including hidden fencing, may not be permitted.
If you reside in a single-family home that is part of an HOA, your association may still have rules and restrictions that need to be followed when installation a hidden fence.
Please obtain permission, preferably in writing, from your association before proceeding with the installation of hidden fencing.
Lowest price guarantee
We confidently offer the most competitive pricing without sacrificing quality or customer service. We utilize top name-brand electronics, premium wiring and connectors, yet our published prices undercut even the non-published rates of our best-known competitors for comparable systems, features, and guarantees.
If you receive a lower written quote from a competitor for their premium installed system with advanced features, we will beat that price with our Pet Stop® Link™ EcoLite™ system and provide additional value-added features they don't offer.
For basic system installations with similar features and guarantees, we'll beat any competitor's price by $50 when installing our Pet Stop® UltraTuff system.
To ensure an accurate side-by-side comparison, we simply ask that you provide the details or a copy of their quote.
As an independent, local family-owned business working directly for our customers rather than shareholders, we can offer superior pricing flexibility. Our competitive rates, combined with exceptional products and service, allow us to earn customers' trust and referrals.
Let us know if you have any other pricing questions! We're committed to complete pricing transparency and delivering the best overall value for your investment.
Wire installation guarantee
We utilize the finest quality 16-gauge direct-burial grade wire for our installations.
This wire is professionally trenched at an average depth of 4 inches.
In lush, healthy turf, the incision created by our machines is often difficult to locate once we've completed the installation.
Typically, the flags and tire tracks left by our equipment are the only visible indicators of where the wire is placed.
The 16-gauge wire we offer features a durable 45 mil casing that ensures many years of reliable service on standard residential properties.
During the installation process, if any damage occurs to the protective burial casing resulting in direct exposure of the copper wire in the ground, deterioration and potential breakage may occur within the first year.
We are highly confident in our installation process and the quality of materials used.
As a testament to this, we provide a 2-year guarantee on the buried wire against installation-related defects.
This guarantee reflects our commitment to delivering exceptional service and reliability.
1-Year Money-Back Guarantee
To offer you a risk-free opportunity and allow you to test a Hidden Fence system with your dog(s) to ensure it's the best containment solution, we provide a full One-Year Money-Back Guarantee.
This guarantee gives us the chance to demonstrate the effectiveness of our system.
Our only requirement to honor this guarantee is that you stay in communication with us and notify us promptly if any containment issues arise, allowing us the opportunity to resolve them.
If we do not receive communication about containment problems, and you choose not to allow us to assist in resolving the issues, our refund policy is as follows:
We will refund the prorated cost of the used equipment only and send a technician to recover the equipment and disable the wire.
Please note that if your invoice includes the Long Distance Job line item, only the equipment portion is refundable.
This guarantee underscores our commitment to ensuring your satisfaction and the effectiveness of our Hidden Fence systems.
