Andy installed my underground fence approximately 2 years ago for my dog Koby, a Pitbull mixed breed. I was very happy with the service, install, training and customer support that Andy provided. Today, Andy came to reflag the fence line and start initial training with my newest dog Oakley, 1/2 Lab and 1/2 Great Pyrenees. He has a real gift for establishing rapport and connection with the dogs he works with and today was no different. He showed genuine kindness, gentleness and care for Koby and most certainly today with Oakley. She was very calm and did great with Andy. We have a plan in place for follow-up as training ensues for Oakley over the next several weeks. AnDi’s Pet Perimeters service was great. He responded to our inquiry immediately, set up an appointment, and fit us into his schedule quickly. On the day of install he explained the system then we walked the perimeter to determine the best layout. We are situated on lake front and I wanted the beach and dock excluded from the system’s perimeter, but the neighbors yards and the road in front included in the perimeter . Once we had a plan Andy did the installation, then showed us how to use and setup the app for two dogs. Next he took both dogs on training runs to show us how to proceed with training. Two days after installation Andy contacted us to see how the training was progressing. He was able to make a couple of adjustments to the collars and control unit remotely. Our dogs are picking up this system fairly rapidly. I can highly recommend AnDi’s Pet Perimeters service for your dogs containment needs.

I can’t say anything bad at all. He is terrific at customer service. With the construction that has been going on on our street, they have cut the lines several times but he is out here right away to get it fixed. He is the best and I absolutely recommend him.

We have two dogs and got the fence over a year ago. After about 3 days they knew and remembered the boundary. The price was reasonable, installation quickly done and the dogs can be outside as much as they want. We highly recommend Pet Stop.

We love our underground fence! It works great and is easy to use. It keeps our high strung wire hair in our yard, even when she wants to chase after a rabbit. AnDi’s was great to work with.

AnDi’s has been so incredibly helpful and set us up for success with our underground dog fencing! We have 3 dogs who use the system and have two systems set up - one at our home and the other at our cabin. He helped us get the dogs trained and learning the perimeter! Easy to work with, great system and install was quick. I especially love the collar, it is rechargeable and lasts for weeks, honestly the main reason we went with AnDi's, is their competitor uses a proprietary battery you need a subscription for and I thought that was just such a crock. Fence works great and our dog Benelli learned it so quickly. Very happy with this system..
